About These Terms<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Claire Tetteroo, trading as clairetetteroo.com, a self-employed professional (autonoma) registered in Spain. By booking, purchasing or otherwise engaging with any service, you agree to these terms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this website. Your continued use of services following any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2. Services Offered<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo offers the following services:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1:1 coaching and healing sessions<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Group programs<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workshops (online and in person)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultancy<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online courses<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital downloads<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specific scope, format and duration of each service is outlined at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>3. Quotes and Agreements<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All quotes are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. A quote is valid only for the service described within it and does not carry over to future engagements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An agreement is formed when you accept a quote, complete a purchase, or confirm a booking in writing. In urgent cases where no quote precedes the work, an agreement is formed when work begins.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>4. Prices and Payment<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment is accepted via bank transfer and Stripe. Full payment is required before services begin unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo reserves the right to adjust prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing confirmed agreements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services and the application of statutory interest under Spanish law.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>5. Cancellations and Refunds<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1:1 Sessions: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be rescheduled without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be charged in full.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programs and Courses: Due to the digital and bespoke nature of programs and online courses, refunds are not available once access has been granted or the program has commenced, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds will be given once a file has been accessed or downloaded.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior written notice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Claire Tetteroo needs to cancel a service, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>6. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content, materials, tools, frameworks and resources created by Claire Tetteroo and shared as part of any service remain the intellectual property of Claire Tetteroo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or repurpose any materials without prior written consent.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>7. Confidentiality<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo will keep all personal information shared during sessions and programs strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods, frameworks or content shared during the engagement.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo&#8217;s services are educational and coaching in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claire Tetteroo&#8217;s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. Claire Tetteroo is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>9. Force Majeure<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire Tetteroo is not liable for delays or failure to perform services as a result of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, natural disaster or other unforeseen events. In such cases, services will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>10. Governing Law<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Almeria, Spain.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>11.
